Our Outlook Directories have been optimized for mobile device use and
you can easily synch them to your PDA or cell phone and have mobile
versions of your contacts with you at all times, provided: Your mobile device supports synching from your desktop, that this process has already been set up and that you are running the latest software vresion for the OS on your handheld. Any other configuration, means you may not be able to use your KnowWho Outlook Directories in a mobile mode. We have thoroughly tested this functionality with a wide variety of mobile devices using all major mobile operating systems, and while certain devices impose limitations on the synchronization process, we know it works well, but we do NOT provide technical support for: The Mobile Experience Assuming you have the right combination of hardware and software, what you get, on the smaller screen of your PDA, is an incredibly useful mobile directory that includes most of the features of your desktop Outlook version. Depending on which PDA you are using, you will have differing levels of functionality and data coverage but your core contact information will be there on the road with you. Please consult your hardware and/or software documentation for specific features and limitations. Different devices have different strong points including autodialing, embedded email link usage, and more. We have developed our products to ensure that our Outlook directories function well in each of these platforms but can not guarantee all devices will support all features. If you are mobile enabled, and as you go "down the road", any suggestions or improvements for our products that you might want to share would be greatly appreciated.
